Regional Religion is an ongoing body of work that springs from the small rural life I share with my husband and young daughter in Water Valley, Mississippi. We’ve dug into this beautiful and strange land, where we’ve built studios for myself and my husband on the six acres we share. This work is inspired by our insular and often magical home, and I’ve collected images that embody the feelings our life distills in me.
